This project is about events around the globe, describing activities in Opening up Education. They focus on all aspects related to openness in education, form practices to resources and copyrights and technology. They describe innovative teaching and learning for all through New Technologies. These talks present open education as an umbrella term under which different understandings of open education can be accommodated, such as open educational resources and MOOCs. The project also presents the main outcome of the 2nd World OER Congress organised by UNESCO and the Government of Slovenia.
