Description

Andris Vilks is Chief Economist at SEB banka, Latvia. He has been with SEB banka since 1995 being in positions of strategic and credit analyst, Head of Equity Market Research, Market Research and Chief Economist. He is actively involved in analyzing and commenting macroeconomic and political issues, participating in development of economy stabilization plan in Latvia. He is Head of Economic and Monetary Committee of the Association of Latvian Commercial banks, has experience of being the special advisor to the Prime Ministers of Latvia (Ivars Godmanis, Valdis Dombrovskis).
