I recently graduated from Stanford University with both a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a M.S. degree in Computer Science (concentrating on Artificial Intelligence and Bio-Computation). My research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and computational biology. My Master's thesis describes my work on genome-wide identification of protein complexes and transient interactions between them using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model organism. My research adviser was Professor Daphne Koller from the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab.
