There are some very disturbing parallels between this story and the fiasco of 'The Hockey Stick' in climatology.

The only good slide is slide 30: some lessons.

I want to know how to prevent mistakes like this in the future. The presenter spends only one minute talking about prevention.

loaded adobe flash for chrome and edge (your site said i needed it). no luck. then i need windows media player. got it for chrome. still no luck. if it is not availabel, just say so, otherwise i'd like to watch it.
