Description

I am a PhD student with Department of Computer Science at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India.

I am doing research on MRF optimization algorithms. These algorithms are the core engines for solving many popular computer vision problems such as stereo, segmentation, surveillance, mosaicing etc.

I am working under the supervision of Prof. Subhashis Banerjee and Prof. Prem Kalra in collaboration with Prof. S.N.Maheshwari.

In the past I have been involved with starting two technology startups making products on the basis of latest research ideas in Computer Vision. Creating high tech products from grounds up is my passion and I love to bring product ideas from paper to real life sellable products. My technology areas are Computer Vision, Computer Graphics and Image Processing in general.

My other involvements includes consultancy with various Indian, Japanese and Israeli companies.

I also mentor Computer Vision group at Kritikal Solutions Private Limited. Kritikal is an upcoming startup making some really good computer vision products and providing outstanding outsourced software development services in Computer Vision and Embedded systems design.

I have been involved with following companies in various capacities in the past and present Kritikal Software Private Limited - India B-Core Inc - Japan JS Inc - Japan Eyesmax Software Private Limited - India Infiniteface Inc - Japan Emaki Inc - Japan
