I sent email to the site administrator a week ago. No response. I am also unable to view these sessions. And I was actually at CIKM and saw many of these talks -- I can't understand why they would post them here, and then not let anyone see them.

There apparently is some legal issue to be solved and thus Videolectures is still waiting for some kind of approval by the organizer of the conference, before these lectures can be published.
