Description

Smart home of the future based on energy self-sufficiency and in conjunction with smart cities. Smart home of the future in conjunction with smart cities will be tended to minimum energy consumption of smart cities, maximum use of energy from alternative sources, minimal water consumption and minimal pollution of the surrounding area in terms of air emissions, waste water, waste,… The tendency towards energy-independent housing facility requires continuous development of new technologies and solutions that will ensure this. Solutions are looking for both existing homes and new homes. With the development of new building materials and appliances in homes, required the development of solutions for the management and control of new devices, in particular, the control of energy consumption and optimize energy consumption.

To decrease energy consumption in residential building it is first needed to measure energy consumption by individual device in household that consume any kind of energy. To add value to all collected data of energy consumption by single device, all information must be stored in cloud and analyzed in real time by experts. After smart algorithm will learn about behavior how energy is used in real time, behavior of individuals in their homes, it will be able to propose different energy consumption without compromise with living comfort. For this reason smart homes must be connected to smart cities. To achieve this goal, next group of solution are needed:
- Micro-controllers that control devices and measure energy consumption
- Local gateway that control by wireless communication micro-controllers and collect data from them
- Cloud server that collect data from Gateways and make data available to different clients
- Clients using data from cloud

Each of 4 solutions above must have offer standard API to other solutions, so different worldwide companies can be connected to any of this groups above just using standard published API.
