Description

It helps companies to build a new range of products and services, making the environment their new source of competitive advantage and adding value with a reduced environmental impact. The method has 3 stages: offering SMEs a personalized audit of their practices and their situation in terms of in-novation, marketing and the environment in order to determine their environmental strategy (eco-design, eco-innovation or diversification); finding new ideas and coming up with innovative concepts according to the defined strategy; Helping SMEs to set up action plans to prioritize ideas produced and to transform them into innovative projects.
