Gary Cooper is a senior attorney in the firm's Litigation Department. He specializes in general civil litigation with a focus on antitrust, intellectual property, consumer protection, trade regulation and regulatory matters in the federal courts and before federal and state administrative agencies. Mr. Cooper joined Goodwin Procter in February 2000 after having spent many years as a senior trial lawyer for the federal government in Boston.
