The way they are using "Breast Cancer" as a Controlgroup actually predisposes to a gender bias: 90% of Breast Cancer Patients are female, in Forums even more, but for depression it's more balanced, with a 2 to 1 ratio reported, though probably the bias is even lower in reality because of the confounding factors in psychological conditions, while if you are male and deny having breast cancer, you still die of breast cancer and pathologists will catch that.
