Irini Fundulaki is Principal Researcher of the Institute of Computer Science-FORTH. Her research interests are in the area of Web Data Management and Linked Data and more specifically, on Access Control for RDF and XML Data, Provenance Models for RDF Data, Storage, Indexing and Scalable RDF Query Processing, RDF Keyword Search, and Data Integration and Reasoning Benchmarks for Semantic Web Languages. She has published a number of scientific articles that have been widely cited. She has served on the Program Committee of numerous international conferences, journals and workshops. She has acted as the Program Chair of the International Workshop on Web Information and Data Management in 2006 and 2007 and the International Benchmarking RDF Systems Workshop in 2013. She has worked on Semantic Web related European-funded research projects.
