Description

Jeremy has interests in sociolinguistics and language planning. He worked at Cardiff University, and was the co-author of the Community Research Scheme, which was commissioned by the Board.

He joined the Board in 2000 and was appointed Leader of the Research, Grants and Language Technology Unit in 2003.

Jeremy is responsible for the Board's corporate policy, as well as standardisation of terms and place names, data and research, grants and projects, and language technology. He is also the Risk Manager for the Board.
