Description

John Collick is a graduate of Sussex University in England. He lectured in English Language and Literature, and Philosophy for ten years in Japan, working in the prestigious literature faculty of Waseda University in Tokyo, where he designed and implemented the department’s first e-learning system. He also taught English as a foreign language to all ages of students, from children to adults. He now works as a Senior Education Consultant for Promethean, manufacturer of Interactive classroom technology. John is the author of Shakespeare, Cinema and Society (Manchester 1988) and numerous articles on literature, cinema, ICT and learning. His specific interests include, futurology, personal learning strategies and ICT in education. He is also a science fiction writer.
