Description

I finished the BSc and the MSc in Physics by the University of Cantabria located in Santander, Spain, in 1997 and the PhD, by the same university, in 2002. During that period, I was part of the Statistical Physics group of IFCA .

After the PhD, I moved a little: A first postdoc in Oporto (Portugal), where I worked at the Centro de Fisica do Porto, a center belonging to the University of Porto; and a second one in Atlanta (Georgia, USA) in Stefan Boettcher's group at the Physics Department of Emory University. Then, for four years, I have been a research scientist at the ISI Foundation in Turin, Italy, where I took part also in the Cx-Nets collaboration.

Nowadays, I am a Ramon y Cajal reseacher at IFISC (Insitute for Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Complex Systems) in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, associated to the University of the Balearic Islands.
