Description

During the lecture we will be shown the principles on which the modern development and drug discovery with emphasis on optimization of compounds with the use of three dimensional structures of the receptor. Also the use of bioinformatics will be shown and computer supported planning of ligands together with the implications of the understanding of detailed interactions between the protein and the ligand in the transfiguration of the enzyme inhibitors into medicines in the context of modern challenges.
