Description

My research program is focused around developing a computational platform for personalized medicine by advancing drug discovery approaches for different genetic backgrounds and predicting the outcome using cell simulation technologies. Current research is focused on:

  1. Biochemical knowledge discovery using Semantic Web technologies
  2. Investigating innovative approaches for drug discovery and personalized medicine
  3. Realizing large scale cell simulations
  4. Developing real time solutions using hardware acceleration
