Milenko Gudic is Director of CEEMAN's IMTA-International Management Teachers Academy since its establishment in 2000 and is heavily involved in other CEEMAN activities including international research projects, strengthening of managerial and leadeship capabilities in business schools, and faculty development projects and programs. He is also a research coordinator and lecturer at the IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia; consultant and lecturer at the Economics Institute - Belgrade, Serbia; visiting professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro and a frequent guest speaker at universities, management development institutions, and at international conferences in Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Mexico, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Serbia, Somalia, Ukraine, Turkey, US, and other. He has been engaged in a great number of large-scale research, consultancy, educational, and institution building projects and programs in the country and abroad. Milenko Gudić is a founding member of several national professional associations and networks aimed at promoting management, management development and professionalism in both private and public sector. His internationally recognized competence and expertise have been extensively used by various international institutions, organizations and/or agencies (OECD, UNDP, UNIDO, EEC, ETF, ICPE, CEEMAN, EFMD, etc) in a number of expert and consulting assignments. He has completed several training programs at large multinational consulting firms, including P.A. International, London, UK; Arthur Andersen and Co., Chicago, USA, as well as faculty development programs at IESE-Barcelona, Spain; the US Consortium for Management Education in CEE; and Harvard Business School. With professional focus on change management, leadership and entrepreneurship, business ethics, and value-driven management, he has published a number of papers on management and management development issues and developed several case studies, some of which are registered and used at prominent business schools.
