Comment1 John I Hughes, September 19, 2012 at 12:36 p.m.:

Well paced with a fascinating group of students. Critically though, when talking about takt time, he switched from the earlier Order requirement of 2 dogs to counting on a basis of 1 dog. The wastes, given the original date of 2008, miss out on the new wastes which John Bicheno highlights in his New Lean Toolkit book. Really well thought through presentation though
