Dear yufan,
you can download the videos in the box on the right of the video. At this point due to server capabilities and download control you can only download a limited amount of video files, only 5 lectures with its videos from the MIT OCW collection per day. I suggest you download the .mp4 files, those are the ones with highest quality.
