Description

Problem: induction of morphology from unannotated text. Main idea: knowledge of linguistic and statistical properties of morphology allows for a simple induction algorithm. Develops ideas from previous work: Goldsmith (2001), Schone & Jurafsky (2000), Yarowsky & Wicentowski (2000, 2004).
