Description
In this talk we will introduce probabilistic approaches to challenges in computational biology and personalized medicine based on Gaussian process models. We will begin the session with an introduction to Gaussian process models, and the focus on potential applications of Gaussian process models to post-genomic data types as well as traditional data types.
