This website has some amazing lectures. But it is useless for people who have relatively slow connections.
You are doing a great job by protecting the videos by not making them download able. However you should enable streaming while the video is paused. At least one could (who have slow connections) can pause it, allow it to stream and then see it without much interruption.

Download a tool called "StreamTransport" http://www.streamtransport.com/
which is free. I went through so many programs and only this worked with jwplayer types.

try a free program called Streamtransport to download from jwplayer type flash videos over rtmp transport layer.
