Description
In this talk, Dr. Kesan will discuss the challenges and issues posed by nanotechnology innovation for patent policy and for granting patent rights commensurate with innovation. Second, he will discuss how the insights from value-sensitive design can be applied to vindicate societal choices and preferences in emerging nanotechnologies.
