Description

Rose Lockwood has been an analyst of language technology and service markets since the early 1990s when she wrote the first ovum report on the localization industry. For several years she managed a pan-european network tracking language engineering research and development funded by the european Commission, and has carried out numerous research studies and consultancy projects for both public and private sector clients. She continues to maintain an interest in the innovative application of language processing.
