I hold a joint appointment between the Department of Statistics and Centre for Complexity Science at Warwick. My research focuses on statistical problems in molecular and especially cancer biology, with an emphasis on questions which are both biologically important and a source of novel and challenging problems in statistics and machine learning. Key themes include network inference, high-dimensional biochemical data, and combinatorial influences.
