Description
I am a Ph.D. candidate in computer science at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and also a research assistant in Computational Biomedicine Imaging & Modeling Center.
My current research with Dr. Dimitris N. Metaxas is to use deformable models and machine learning approaches to do 3D segmentation on medical images. Since medical imaging is a cross-disciplinary research, I've collaborated with people from various fields, such as computer vision, graphics and machine learning.
