Description

Simon Green is Head of Development at the Energy Saving Trust - a non profit private membership company promoting sustainable energy in the UK.

Simon, who trained as a Civil Engineer, has over twenty years experience in the development and management of leading multi-million energy / sustainable development projects in the UK and abroad for both public and private sectors in addition to working for worldwide management consultancies.

He has represented the UK on EnR (the European Energy Network) - the voluntary network of some 22 national energy agencies - since 2005 and was appointed as President of the network, based in Brussels, for 2007/08.

Simon lives in London, has a keen interest in the arts and the built environment and also collects vintage radios for a hobby.
