Podjetje je živ organizem, ki ga lahko opazujemo v širšem okolju poslovnega ekosistema, ki mu pripada. Poslovni ekosistem sestavlja 8+1 ključnih odnosov in je zasnovan na osnovnem principu jin in jang energij: štiri vrste odnosov so usmerjene navznoter, štiri navzven, skupni, povezovalni pa je deveti ključni odnos – odnos posameznikov v podjetju, ki ga imajo sami do sebe. Oddaja Poslovni ritmi na primeru podjetja Adrie Mobil s pomočjo kroga odnosov tokrat prikazuje značilnosti uspešnega odnosa do strank.
