Description

I'm a Post Doctoral Research Associate at University of Washington, Seattle (U-Dub). I work with Prof. Pedro Domingos. My research interests are in Machine Learning, Automated Reasoning and Artificial Intelligence.

Currently, I'm working on developing exact and approximate inference techniques for Markov Logic networks, which are first-order or lifted probablistic graphical models.

I did my Ph.D. at University of California, Irvine (UCI) under the guidance of Prof. Rina Dechter. While at UCI, I developed sampling and belief propagation based techniques for performing effective approximate inference in probabilistic graphical models that have a large number of deterministic dependencies.
