Ivo has graduated Computer Technology in 1986 in Zagreb. After graduation he led the Department of the intelligent systems research at the Organization for science and research (“OZIR”).

In 1989 he co-founded the company Perpetuum, and somewhat later another one called Mobile, specialized in retail of software. In 1997 Mobile established the first Web shop in Croatia, and in early 2000 the two companies were merged into Perpetuum Mobile, partially funded by the SEAF fund, with Ivo as its CEO.

Ivo is also active as the executive board member for the HUP ICT association. From early nineties Ivo has been a regular columnist for various publications such as Bug, ComputerWorld Croatia, Banka and Mreža.
