I am an associate professor at the Department of Medical Statistics and Bioinformatics at the Leiden University Medical Center.

Research interests:

  • Using Gene Ontology for analyzing gene expression data
  • Prediction based on high dimensional regression models
  • High dimensional hypothesis testing
  • Multiple testing of structured null hypotheses
  • Survival analysis
