I am an associate professor at the Department of Medical Statistics and Bioinformatics at the Leiden University Medical Center.
Research interests:
- Using Gene Ontology for analyzing gene expression data
- Prediction based on high dimensional regression models
- High dimensional hypothesis testing
- Multiple testing of structured null hypotheses
- Survival analysis
