Michelle Sagan Gonçalves is the Program Manager and Research Associate for the Science, Technology and Society Initiative at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from the Center for Public Policy and Administration at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women's Studies from Providence College.
