please save the hard wording for somewhere else. Language like this is not acceptable on this site, so your comment will be removed in the future.
For explanation on the issue: in most cases we ask the people recording the talks, that in cases where the slides of the talk will be available, to focus more on the lecturer, as the slides themselves will be visible in the side-window on website. In this particular case, we just haven't managed to sync the slides with the talk, so this lecture's usability isn't quite what we strive for (to put it mildly). Or maybe we just didn't get financed for the extra work or something... Anyhow, we will try to fix this problem in the future and provide synced slides.
