Description
Research Interests
Simon Wilson's research interests have centered around
reliability, in particular topics in software reliability, reliability
of ceramic materials and development of new classes of
failure models. He is also interested in general issues involving
Bayesian statistics, and has worked on several projects
where the application of Bayesian methods has been
overlooked until now. A recent example of this is some work
in atomic collision experiments, joint with the National
Institute of Standards and Technology, a part of the US
Department of Commerce.
