1st ACTIVE Summer School, Bled 2009
ACTIVE aims to increase the productivity of knowledge workers in a pro-active, contextualized, yet easy and unobtrusive way. The aim is to convert tacit and unshared knowledge – the "hidden intelligence" of enterprises – into transferable, interoperable and actionable knowledge to support seamless collaboration and to enable problem solving. A key aspect will be the support for informal procedural knowledge - the informal collaboration and problem-solving tasks that drive much knowledge work in the enterprise.
This 3-day summer school is mainly targeted at students, scholars and researchers from industries being interested in recent developments, solutions and technologies from the areas of:
- Semantic technologies and content,
- Social software and Web 2.0,
- Adaptive and context-aware systems,
- Context mining,
- Knowledge filters,
- Stream mining,
- Process mining,
- Anomaly detection,
- Meta learning,
- Forecasting,
- Social network analysis.
