Description

People join social events to share hobbies, enjoy networking experience, and build long lasting friendships. Although information of social events are abundant online, one may find it difficult to keep track of upcoming events around and look for someone who has common interests to join an event together. In this paper, we present EasyGo, a web-based mashup application which integrates information of events such as concerts, sports, theatres, as well as tickets and group purchase from various online sources. This would help promote group events and improve people’s social experience by matching those with common interests.
