Description
We have developed a new technique for the enzyme synthesis of equally long micrometric structures made of double chains - polyG-polyC, triple chains poly(dG)-poly(dG)-poly(dC), and quadruple chains 4G. We were studying the structure of molecules and the mechanism of their synthesis With the use of absorbed and CD spectroscopy, FRET and new highly dissoluble microscopy’s on atomic force (AFM).
