"You are allowed to use on the test the official version of the Periodic Table of the Elements which most of you should have by now. There was a shipment that came in partway through the day on Thursday.If you didn't get a Periodic Table, swing by the office. It is just down the hall from this lecture theater. And you bring the Periodic Table and the Table of Constants and a calculator and something to write with. That's four items. Show up, sit down, and the first question is does anybody have a pen? We may not have that many pens. So those are the four items. You do not use an aid sheet on the weekly test..."
