MOVING platform: Videolectures.NET Chapters

The latest development in the H2020 project MOVING is the implementation of the video fragmentation method in the testing environment of the VideoLectures.NET. Through automatically-generated speech transcripts this technology allows the users to access and view specific fragments of lecture videos.
