V zadnjem času je opaziti izjemno uspešno uveljavljanje orodja Ruby on Rails na področju razvoja web aplikacij. Na kratko bom predstavil ključne komponente tega sistema, pokomentirali pa bomo tudi nekatere "zelo smele" trditve o povečani produktivnosti pri razvoju in vzdrževanju web aplikacij z Ruby on Rails.
