Description

Yiannis Verginadis is an adjunct Lecturer in the department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the University of Thessaly. He holds Diploma and Doctoral degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (2001 and 2006). His Diploma Thesis was in the area of collaboration and workflow management systems over IP, using browser and client server architectures and his PhD degree was on Inter-organizational Workflow Management Systems. He holds a Degree of Proficiency in English from Cambridge University. He is a senior researcher in the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering at NTUA where he is currently working in research projects. His research interests include management information systems, software engineering, workflow management, electronic government and electronic commerce.
