Sometimes, the sound and picture can't keep synchronization.

The RL is really fantastic to me. As a student of management, I am thinking about the applications in sociology other than CS. That means, in game theory other than game playing.

The RL built a model between actions and rewards inner a sequence, other than actions from two players with initialization. In real human activities, the sequence is not apparent. After the match of Alpha Go, a lots debates about AI's actions are posted on the Web. Even no conclusion in certain, I really wish that those Machine learning approaches can be connected to human utility.

A very clear lecture at the right level for someone new to RL.

But the website has some problems. The slides on the right hand side often became stuck, and the only way to resync them with the video was to refresh my browser. The video also froze dozens of times for me, and stayed frozen until I did a refresh.
