It seems as though a number of errors is made, like change the threshold at 1:04, you don't change the threshold for true positives but you change the classifier (which is like a threshold).

It seems as though a number of errors is made, like change the threshold at 1:04, you don't change the threshold for true positives but you change the classifier (which is like a threshold). Also, first it is said the model will be univariate but the demo is multivariate, for the latter it's easy to use correlations to give expected predictions. For the former, knowledge seems to be used to model data as artefact.
