Description

Stephan Mäder (1951) je švicarski arhitekt, ustanovitelj in dolgoletni dekan Fakultete za arhitekturo v Winterthurju ter vodja studia Mäder+Mächler iz Züricha. Po študiju na ETH Zürich pri Luigiju Snozziju in Aldu van Eycku, je deloval na ETH Zurich in ZHAW Winterthur. Je avtor ene najbolj zanimivih prenov industrijske arhitekturne dediščine v Švici, Halle 180, kjer danes domuje Fakulteta za arhitekturo ZHAW v Winterthurju. Kot dolgoletnega sodelavca Fakultete za arhitekturo v Ljubljani, pri več mednarodnih raziskavah in delavnicah (Strojna, Ankaran, Vipava, Split, Reka), ga na naš prostor vežejo tesne vezi.
