The 2nd ISO-FOOD Symposium organized by ERA Chair ISO-FOOD, Department of Environmental Sciences, Jožef Stefan Institute and Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School will bring together an interdisciplinary array of researchers, scientists, policy makers, and stakeholders to present advances in isotopic and chemical methods and to foster a lively and rewarding exchange of ideas and information.
