Description

Component Business Modeling is a technique that attempts to simplify the way we look at the business by identifying the unique and stand alone set of business building blocks (components), while breaking the boundaries created by organizational silos, product silos, users, geographies, data/information sources and others. In this presentation we will familiarize the audience with the concepts and terminology, and then explain based on a real-life project example how a CBM engagement looks in practice, and which benefits the method delivers to our clients.
