Description

An extendable software platform was developed to enable model parameter inference and model comparison of ODE models of biochemical systems.

The software accepts ODE models defined using either SBML language, experimental data from plain files or spreadsheets, and performs model parameter inference using Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods. The software also implements several methods for computing marginal likelihoods, which are required for model comparison.
