Znanja in pristopi, ki so nas včasih delala uspešne, ne delujejo več. Vodje so v pogostokrat razpeti med nasprotujočimi si zahtevami deležnikov. Nenehoma se trudijo, da bi jih zadovoljili, a jih to izčrpava in vodi v izgorelost. Vodenje je v krizi. Iz nje se ne bo izkopalo z več aktivnosti, temveč z več kreativnosti.
