Description

Firstly we will present how open access in European Union research activities has developed through time. Together with the Framework Programme funding Horizon 2020, the provisions regarding open access came into force in January 2014. The same provisions should be accepted by EU countries. We will illustrate the current state of art in open access in Slovenia and present the OpenAIRE portal – a place where open publications and research data, which are products of European projects or of nationally funded research activity, are collected.
