Šport daje bistveno več kot samo zlate medalje. Ko smo predihani, veliko lažje prenašamo vsa vsakodnevna bremena in življenjske preizkušnje. Šport nas krepi in dela svobodne. S športom osvajamo najboljše kompetence življenja za vsak dan. Gibanje je najboljša dota za življenje. Vendar mu sodobni način življenja ni naklonjen. Starši pri tem igrajo ključno vlogo – z zgledom.
